Refund & Returns

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

How to return

Sign in to your account, find your order under My Orders, and click Return. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Drop the package at any carrier location; your refund is processed the day we receive it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
