- How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Express shipping is 1–2 business days. Orders over $75 ship free.
- What is your return policy?
- Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items are final unless faulty.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — we ship to over 40 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties in the destination country.
- How do I know what size to order?
- Every product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, size up for outerwear and down for knitwear.
- Are the products authentic?
- Every MayCSS product is sourced directly from the brand or an authorised distributor. Authenticity guaranteed.
- How can I track my order?
- Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also view all your orders under 'My Account'.
- Do you offer gift wrapping?
- Yes — you can add complimentary gift wrapping at checkout. Include a personal note if you like.
